RECIPE TIPS

Always cook the rice with the pan covered and over low heat to prevent the rice from burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan.

We prefer to make this recipe with medium grain rice because is creamier and absorbs much more the flavors but, if you prefer, you can use long grain rice.

You can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the sweetened condensed milk and milk mixture.

    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) milk
    • 397 grams (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
