This looks fabulous! I now have a diabetic at home, so I’m now looking at nutrition facts. With these at the bottom, are the facts for the whole recipe? Or just for a serving size? I just want to make sure. Thank you!

Do you think this would work as a freezer meal? Maybe without the olive oil?

Momma Cyd says:
You could easily make this as a freezer meal, but your potatoes might brown a little.

This is a meal everyone in my family will eat. Some don't care for the zucchini and one doesn't care for carrots. But it's an easy meal and everyone gets fed.

Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage and Vegetables Recipe is a good to go dish, and it is easy to prepare. I have tried the recipe , thank you for sharing the same. However I have used pure ghee instead of using olive oil. The taste was good and I trust ghee nutrition more than olive oil. You may try ghee instead of olive oil.
