  • Defrost shrimp and pat dry.

    Very good. At 400 for 6 minutes was too much, the shrimp had a temperature of 200+ degrees. I cooked a second batch, 10 shrimp at 375 degrees for 5 minutes and the temperature was 150 degrees which is close to the ideal temperature of 145 degrees. Very good with or without co*cktail sauce!
